Get in touch by phone or email and Tony will arrange a visit to see your garden and discuss what you have in mind. You will then receive a clear, itemised estimate with no hidden costs. Once you are happy to proceed we will schedule the work around you and keep you updated throughout.

Our garden has been neglected for years. Where do you begin?
This is one of our most common enquiries. Tony will visit the property, assess what is there and put together a clear plan. That might be a one-off clearance, a full redesign or a phased programme of work. We have restored all kinds of gardens from mildly overgrown to completely wild.
We have a commercial property. Can you manage it throughout the year?
Absolutely. We work with both residential and commercial clients on regular maintenance contracts covering lawn care, hedge trimming, seasonal clearances and pruning. We will agree a schedule that keeps your grounds looking their best all year round.
We are interested in a garden room. What does that involve?
We design and build fully insulated bespoke garden rooms entirely in-house from the initial concept through to the finished structure. Whether you need a home office, a studio or a quiet retreat, we handle everything ourselves to ensure the result meets our quality standard.
Who actually carries out the work on our property?
Every job is carried out by our own dedicated in-house team and never by subcontractors. This is central to the Cyril Ernest standard. It means consistent quality, reliable communication and the same level of care on every single visit to your property.

Yes. Our team is trained in professional arboriculture and handles everything from crown reductions and seasonal pruning through to full tree removal and stump grinding. We work safely and carefully with full consideration for your garden and neighbouring properties.
What paving and patio materials do you work with?
We work with a wide range of high-quality materials tailored to your aesthetic preferences and budget. This includes natural sandstone, modern porcelain paving, traditional block paving and granite setts. Tony will advise on the best option for your garden and how you plan to use the space.
Can you design a garden for us completely from scratch?
Absolutely. Tony brings extensive formal horticultural training to every project and can create complete bespoke garden design schemes with tailored planting plans. We take into account your soil, aspect, light levels and how you want to use the space so the result feels entirely personal to you.
How long does a typical landscaping project take to complete?
It depends entirely on the scope of the work. A patio or one-off clearance might take a few days while a full garden transformation could span several weeks. Tony will give you a realistic timeframe during the initial visit so you always know what to expect before anything begins.
